It is possible at any time to decide not to receive the type of information referred to in point e. by unsubscribing directly via the appropriate link on each message sent (where present) or by sending a request to info@premiumachinery.com. 

By opting for cancellation, the address will no longer be included in the sending list of messages for which cancellation was requested, while the person will continue to be able to use all the other services of which he or she may be the owner at our company, except that they expressly request the use of personal data whose deletion has been requested. For any different needs you can contact us at the contact details indicated in point 1.

6. DURATION OF TREATMENT

The data will be collected and stored, in electronic or paper form, for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes referred to in points a, b, c, d of the par. 5.
If the aforementioned purposes no longer exist, we will not use your data even for the purposes referred to in point e.
If cancellation is expressly requested, exercising the right to be forgotten pursuant to art. 17 GDPR, personal data will be removed or made anonymous and stored only in a protected form and with limited access, together with any data relating to electronic traffic, for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations regarding anti-terrorism and crime prevention, pursuant to art. 24 of Law no. 167/2017 or other current legislation to which the data controller is subject.

7. METHODS OF TREATMENT

Personal data are processed with automated and non-automated tools and communicated to third parties for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access (para. 11).

8. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

With regard to personal data, provided or collected automatically, the user has the possibility to exercise specific rights at any time:

- have access to your data: request confirmation of the existence of data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;

9. NAVIGATION DATA

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate our sites and platforms acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, for example telephone operators, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, missing file, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.
